Acupuncture

It's based on the concept that the body has vital energy, known as "Qi" (pronounced "chee"), which flows through pathways called meridians. When the flow of Qi is disrupted or blocked, it can lead to illness or discomfort.

As a registered acupuncturist, I have always been passionate about using holistic and natural approaches to promote health and wellness. I discovered the power of acupuncture after experiencing its benefits firsthand. This led me to pursue a career in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, meditation, spending time with my friends and family, and walking the farmers market with a coffee in hand!
